It seesm that for some reason known only to MS, that my system doesn't like my new IOGear or Logitech cam. personally I hate windows operating system and woulkd have prefered Linux but in the process of getting my new computer I had only one choice Windows 7/ 64 bit or 32 bit. took 64. maybe that was the error...
As I load certain thing into my system like my bluetooth device manager, windows says the installer doesn't work or has a headache or some such thing. in any case it wont allow me to do what I want. then it says you have to be the head honcho to which I want to slap my system and remind it I am. but that does no good either then it shuts down and I cn install nor uninstall the darn thing.

`If you are the only one that uses the computer, try this:
Go to control panel then User Accounts. While in there look for something that says: Turn off UAC or Turn off User Account Control. Press it, Tick it, Check it, whatever you have to do. It will ask you if you are sure you want to do this. Tell it yes. What this does is stop Windows from asking you if your the "head honcho". With the UAC turn off, Windows now knows who is in charge. As for the hardware you are trying to install, if it is 32bit sometimes Windows 7 64bit won't except it. Check the hardware's website. There are almost always workarounds to get it going. Hope this helps.
